Muse
Happy Valentine’s Day for a second time! (Post 2)
With Love’s Blessing

Begone! Begone! Lost oceans grey,
Let not fine wisdom go astray.
Hear the Muse in gleaming loft,
Gold bells a-tinkling, silence soft.
By now one wonders, where is she?
Such gleaming glitters, verily.
Upon a hearth, her warmth be there,
Of kindly virtue, I do declare.
Betokened smiles, oh be it true,
I canst now wait, to walk with you.
In starry night, we shall frequent,
Of sadness, heartache, no such lament.
By fable’s gift, so perfectly,
Astounding princess, what luxury.

Supple smiles, two beating hearts,
Atop the clouds, tis not a lark.
A vision of such minds akin,
The bridge to Heaven still unbroken.
Walking sands, no footprints show,
Wings spread wide, the angels know.
Blue seas with silver sparkled hue,
To wander bout the world with you.
A chance meeting, what a show,
Into the future, we must go.
With words inspired, upon our lips,
Though vaulted halls, we do now slip.
The Halls of Gods, and Cherub’s voice,
Twas Cupid’s arrow, that sealed the choice.

A rosebud blooms, where dew does lay,
In morning’s candor, we now shall pray.
Before one steps, from love’s tall cliff,
Let’s speak with giggles, and laughing drift.
With Donne and Keats and poetry,
We have clear moments, our revelry.
A ship it sails, just feel the wind,
Through wide expanse, a honeyed hymn.
Of lutes and lyres, their silken tune,
By candlelight, do lovers swoon.
Bejeweled skies in eyes aflame,
Tis purity, does Grace proclaim.
In fallow fields a sprout dost grow,
In kindled kindness, a warm hello.

No guile or wrath, this story tell.
Its hidden meaning, a pearl’s shell,
Pronounce it now and see it clear,
A path of joy, a hope so dear.
Candied colors, a life throughout,
Unbroken promises, not hawker’s shout.
Tis not a gift to be so sold,
Tis not a place of barren cold.
For mountain top it could aspire,
Such earthbound fate, why so desire.
Be not afraid this merry tale,
But comfort cradle, it is quite frail.
So jump about, and sing with glee,
With this chance, such melody.

Harken back to days so fair,
Springtime’s blossom does now declare.
Perchance it is but wandering note,
With simple smiles, keep dreams afloat.
Caressing care, truly spoken free,
These words entreat, eternity.
By God’s grand gift, we do adore,
A seaside stroll, I do implore.
High up we glide into the sky,
Through azure wonders, the moon slips by.
Floating upon the clouds its true,
upon a sun beam, I skip with you.
Let’s be birds and bumble bees,
And playful squirrels, hopping through the trees.

I want to sing such mirthful songs,
And now with you I do belong.
On sandy beach, by ocean’s tide,
In moonlit night, right by your side.
So dance with me my darling fair,
To lover’s loft, we shall be there.
With blessed notes, and joyful smile,
We fly together, up up so high.
Away! Away! into the day,
All through the night, shall make our way.
To glory lands and faith we find,
Time nor worry, should be our bind.
In fullest freedom, our hands are held,
Tis blissful bounty, so loving spelled.

Up! Up! We go, on feathered wings,
To sing with Eros, who watching rings.
A great bell gilded for this joy,
No solemn sadness, nor other ploy.
The bell it ringeth, all day and night,
To tell thine spirit, all’s spoken bright.
With light in heart and mind afire,
Tis Eros speaking, you hear his lyre.
His flowing notes, like lover’s kiss,
To hear such music, to feel such bliss.
By Jove my dear! By Venus too!
Come be with me, at lover’s pew.
So much delight, we now adore,
Tis time my dear, tis time to soar.
